In this class we will move through & learn about varies types of yoga including gentle flow, hatha, & vinyasa. Bringing a calming awareness into how our body is feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally through movement, breath, & meditation. Strengthening, stretching, engaging, and releasing to make your body feel good. Yoga is for anyone and everyone who would like to feel better in their body, mind, & soul.
