Root + Flow is a slow, grounding yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate the nervous system, and return to a steady rhythm. Through guided breathwork, and gentle flowing sequences, this class supports the release of tension while building awareness, stability, and ease. Each session begins with a simple breathing practices to settle the mind and calm the body, followed by an accessible, nourishing flow that encourages mobility, allowing the effects of movement and breath to fully integrate. This class is welcoming to all levels, including beginners, and is ideal for anyone seeking a supportive, slower-paced practice that emphasizes awareness over intensity. What to bring: -A yoga mat -comfortable clothing you can move in -A water bottle -Optional: blanket, bolster, or cushion for added comfort during relaxation Come as you are, move at your own pace, and allow this time to gently return to yourself.
