Monday Yoga Soul Flow

Service Description

Soul Flow is open to all levels of practice and abilities. Each class is curated with intentions and different ways to open up the mind, body, and soul marrying breath with movement. In this flow we will start by waking up the body with gentle exercises, then begin to build the inner fire through feel good standing sequences, melting into deep relaxation to integrate and nourish.
